The funny part is that every sq set i've played in while opt in/out was an option for screen it never got banned once, the minority that are affected by it are quite literally louder than the majority, even though tact. shooters have had flash bangs and audio distortion for years
What the fuck
They literally say hey we know people are still disproportionately affected by the audio, but we don't care, just play without sound or something. Additionally, you can't opt in or out, every set is a gamble! Have a great day.

If you've ever been to a LAN this is EXACTLY what happens. Mr. Awesome went to Riptide last year and we just called him that completely unironically and nobody thought anything of it

if you aren't painting 1500+ on shot in a competitive setting i feel like you're playing it wrong 😑 you have similar if not identical painting power to zap which also helps you get one of the strongest specials atm as a bonus

i think it was the fact you could actually somewhat out mechanic other crabs and you also had an insane amt of gear options for personal pref on splash, also splash as a main wep is just insanely honest so whoever is better with the sub + main are gonna win 🤷♂️
