Reminder! Polygon is working on alternate VMs, not just the EVM. Alternate VMs are part of the next brewing narrative. Alternate VMs can entice new pools of developers, and provide scalability and functionality that can’t be achieved, or can’t be achieved as easily, on the EVM.
The Miden Compiler is being developed at Polygon Miden so that the rollup can support smart contracts written in Rust and possibly other developer friendly languages in the future.
