I’ve talked to builders about this in construction. They make more money on the bigger fancier houses, so they’d rather not build the small cheap ones. The lot size is the same either way but by putting a more expensive house on the same lot they get more money per sq/ft We need a way to incentivize building smaller

@SawyerMerritt As someone who bids on government projects, usually the bidding results are public information anyways The lowest qualified bidder is usually the one who gets the job But just like anything there can be fraud and side deals involved, as has been exposed

I was for the reset but it does give people more time like me to climb higher after work I’ve gotten within 8pts of GM2 solo and I know I can climb higher with a little time But honestly would have been fine with the reset Let’s me do it again and see if I can get higher in less time
