No need to imagine, we live it everyday with the ANC and it's members. Literally there are communities in this country, particularly the EC where you will receive a blank court judgment or not have your case heard because you don't vote ANC. In this black continent.
Imagine, a whole Mayor saying he will only serve members of his party. Is this even constitutional? This is the type of mentality that people in Tshwane had to deal with for 8 years until @Action4SA came to the rescue.
