It depends.
On the left is a wolf (@ the Seacrest Wolf Preserve, FL), on the right is my Malamute. Pretty much the same size, except my pup clearly thinks he's a lap dog. I've also been around Huskies of equal size. Wolves are majestic though, for sure.

Love it! May i also recommend grounding yourself in something greater than yourself? For me, it's faith/God. But even if someone is agnostic, i think it's really important to have a solid foundation you can go back to (given constant changes recently), so you don't lose yourself

This is my friend Kylo - my favorite boy. I love this pup. Every time I see him, it's so bittersweet: while it makes my day to get to play with him, he deserves to have the best home, so I always kinda hope he's not there...

Today, I got to work with a couple of very shy & scared puppies. This one is named Chess & she was TERRIFIED of the leash, wouldn't even move.
I sat with her until she felt comfortable & no longer saw me as a threat, & then we enjoyed a nice sunny walk ☀️
