The current NCBI RefSeq reference genome size is 2.5 Mb in 61 contigs within 52 scaffolds and calculated at 82.18% complete with 10.98% contamination. Here, with hybrid sequencing, we improve that to 2.56 Mb in 1 contig calculated at 100% complete and 0% contamination.
