My new paper: "LiCSBAS: An Open-Source InSAR Time Series Analysis Package Integrated with the LiCSAR Automated Sentinel-1 InSAR Processor." You can easily obtain displacement time series and velocity using freely available LiCSAR products and LiCSBAS.
