Second season got us European football.
Third season got us to a European Quarter Final and pushing for Europe.
What more do you want in that time frame?
I'm pretty convinced that David Moyes cannot be the manager who takes clubs to triumphs. His man management skills are quite good but his tactical ability fails him at critical times. Maybe it's what West Ham needed after avoiding relegation. But he's not gonna win silverware.

Worst ground I have ever ever been to …. About a hours walk from the stadium, five security checks and then half an hour to get in ….. even the stewards said it’s like it every week here …… so when small teams bring only 2,000 it’s the same ….. certainly a massive club

Since 1st september I've had 42 working days. In those 42 working days I've had 27 trains delayed by more than 15 mins and 10 trains that have arrived late but by less than 15 mins. Only 5 trains have been on time. £1500 a year pissed up the wall.
