Not pictured - Corner Canyon's entire defense. In 5 region games, CC outscored opponents 173-0. CC went undefeated in reg. season and finished 11-1. Meanwhile, WX & Alta stumbled to barely .500 finishes. # of tackles means squat when you give up 29.3 PPG! It means your D sucks.

What separates the Corner Canyon legacy from any other (Skyline, Timpview, Bingham, etc.) is the number of times they have defeated Top 5 teams - then have to redo it in playoffs. Even in a slightly “down” (inexperienced) year, they’ve already defeated 2-3-4 and play 5 on Friday.

I don’t like AF in 8 slot, their only losses are to 1-2-3, & they destroyed 4 & 7 - IMO @cavemanfootball is the 4th best team in Utah, & should be a 4-5 seed. The 5 seed finished 3rd in own region? We need @DNewsPreps to have input moving forward. Do final seeds w/ human input.

@TribTomWharton Tom, we went to the PAC 12 Thursday afternoon session. Jumped over to the USU game that night, back to Utah game to conclude our Thursday. The PAC 12 feels like a JV tourney. The MWC is where we spent our Friday. Utah looked horrible, would finish 5th or lower in MW.
