Watching HS Football in Utah this year I am 100% convinced there are enough instate guys for 3 D1, 2 FCS and Snow JC to all be good with a majority of instate players. So many under the radar under recruited guys.

Does anyone have more accurate numbers than me? .I think adding Texas State is just as good or better than adding UTSA, UTEP, North Texas or Rice. If the pac12 added Memphis and Gonzaga it would probably be the best case scenario but I like Texas State.
