Feeling very proud of our little team tonight. With 20 horses in work, we saddled 3 horses at Caulfield today for 2 x close 2nd’s(😭) & an excellent 8th beaten 1.75L. So grateful to our owners, our wonderful staff and also my parents for babysitting

There is literally nothing stopping the industry from saying ‘right, trackwork hours are now 6am-11am’ instead of 4am-9am. Absolutely nothing. So change it. It is that simple and could be changed tomorrow.

I think the jockeys that rode today are incredibly brave, but you could see and hear the heartbreak and despair in every post race interview. We shouldn’t be racing in my opinion. It is all too raw.
