@sheldonlev Ohh wow fantastic view, greatly captured like all your drone clips on IG that enjoy very much! This must be the curve beneath Fort Haldane.

@Soulful1865 This footage seems to be from Yemen, judging by the traditional curved dagger called Jambiya the men have, their robes. I grew up in Eritrea fearing to be kidnapped by bedouins, our parents always reminded us 2 be watchful of men looking like them offering candy to kids.

@Ghebreyohannes It’s obvious that this mad man has always seen the population simply as his pawn in the game. Actually facts don’t matter in DIA’s world. He has always had his own twisted perception of how things are!

AFRICANS IN SOLIDARITY WITH SAHEL REVOLUTIONS AT NIGER CONFERENCE, PT. 2 During 19-21 November, Niger’s capital of Niamey became a meeting point for Pan-Africanists and anti-imperialists from about 30 countries to attend the Conference in Solidarity with the Peoples of the Sahel, organised by West Africa People’s Organisation and Pan-Africanism Today. African Stream was on the ground at this three-day event. In this video, our reporter, Inemesit Richardson, spoke to conference participants, panellists, and organisers from Ghana (@blaisetulo3 of @socialistghana), Kenya (@bookerbiro of @communistske), Zambia (@drfredmmembe of @spzambia), the US (@eugenepuryear of @btnewsroom) and South Africa (@mikaelanhondo of @tri_continental). While not featured here, participants also came from countries such as China, India, Cuba and Venezuela. Since 26 July 2023, Niger has attracted global attention for its revolutionary fervour and its people-backed anti-imperialist government known as the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland (CNSP). Niger's new president, Abdourahamane Tiani, came to power via military coup d’état on that date. Soon after, Niger expelled both French and US military troops and revoked the French company, Orano's, uranium mining contract. Niger is the third country in the region to oust a Western-aligned leader, following in the footsteps of Mali and Burkina Faso. Together, the three countries make up the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), a Pan-African confederation seeking to eliminate their colonially imposed borders, move toward a federation and eventually unify Africa.

@DetroitBabalawo It is about time that ridiculous Colonial wig is banned once and forever. It infuriates me every time I see a black man wearing it. Burkina Faso we salute you. 🏾 You make us proud.

@JborgGa Was home sick after 5 years in exile. Off to Sudan, ended up meeting my old ELF commander Said Saleh & entered Eritrea with him, met Adiam love of my life to be at Forto Sawa library. The mischievous Shabia & Weyane were preparing to eliminate the democratic ELF, rest is history.

@ato_henok They are around, still living in Sweden but not as active as they used to tho. Kind of hibernating since the pandemic. Great musicians and fantastic vocalists. This is the last time they performed at my festival 2019. "ኮለል"
