I know many women who have hidden cancer from their husbands, did chemo, lost hair, told the husbands they were just "feeling a bit off" and the men did not even realize their wives were going through cancer. Because to tell him would lead to abandonment.

Forcing folk to buy tokens via eCitizen, which takes a 50 shilling mandatory processing fee, would be a disaster. What happens when a person buying tokens only has 50 bob? That is the processing fee!
