The moment you are found in Kenya, give everybody found in Kenya a national ID. To the extent that we need to remove this vetting process, we’ll be getting rid of corruption. I can tell you without any fear of contradiction, the people who pay as high as hundreds of thousands to get registered as Kenyans, to get a passport, what for?
