So a good Uchaux tonight (and James Turnbull clearly thought it was ok too in his 90 greatest wines of the Rhone valley). Lucky to have 6 more tucked away. A proper wine.

@ChristianEedes @THESTORMERS Haven’t watched the full game yet. Too much rugby on a Saturday!! The Sale pack is decent but that’s. Two big losses back to back for them. Glos last week (my team!!) and Stormers this week. Toulouse looked good though…..

@ukgolfguy @TheTodaysGolfer Happy New Year. I’m amazed that The Links at Fancourt isn’t a little higher. I thought it was a fabulous course and was, I thought, better than some much higher on the list. I would also have thought that @DbnCountryClub would be on the list.

@Masterofwhine Oh no. I have enjoyed Duncan Savage’s wines. I haven’t had this one, but have enjoyed both the Savage Red and Savage White on a number of occasions. Sorry you didn’t enjoy.

@ukgolfguy Played it this Easter. Without doubt one of my best golfing experiences. A wonderful day which will always be remembered. I hope you’re going g to play the Montagu and Outenique too!!
