No. It causes tremors, pollutes the water supply, doesn't help transition to a cleaner economy (hydrogen and hydrogen plus carbon capture is the way forward), huge traffic, dust and pipeline issues and doesn't provide much potential energy either.

Nagorno-Karabakh / Artsakh was never ruled by Soviet Azerbaijan, it had its own autonomy. As soon as Soviet Union dissolved it declared independence and should have been allowed to remain so. The Azeri dictatorship should not have constantly waged war to conquer it.

This is one of the many reasons why Somaliland needs international recognition, so that it can more easily defend itself from jihadists.
It was stupidity of highest proportions to let Al-Shabaab terrorists and heavily armed militias into Las’anod, it’s extremely dangerous to wait as Somaliland enemies mobilise themselves from Gaalkacayo to Garbahaaray.

If your tweet is from the 1950s, 60s or 70s it might apply although there are some great traditional dishes. However today it's not remotely true. The UK has cuisine from all over the world, fine dining restaurants & pretty good food in most pubs too. Come you'll be blown away.

The irony is some genetic studies show Palestinians might be partially descended from ancient Jews and Christians as well as Philistines and Phoenicians who were of course there before the Arabs arrived. Some then converted to Islam while others kept to the Christian faith.

There needs to be harsh sanctions against Azerbaijan. Merely saying you're 'very concerned' isn't remotely good enough.
EU is very concerned about the serious humanitarian situation affecting Karabakh Armenians. Movement via the Lachin corridor must be reopened immediately. Azerbaijan bears responsibility to guarantee safety & freedom of movement along the Lachin corridor.

The reasons Somaliland should be recognised as independent: a) it's had defacto independence since 1991, b) it's peaceful, stable & functioning as a state whereas Somalia is conflict ridden failed state, c) it's suffered genocide within living memory & d) it is the people's wish.
