@Bakari_Sellers We have a ton for you😅 Our favorite tip is to keep W30 compatible foods near by....fruit, veggies, & protein (eggs, meat sticks, cooked meat). If hunger hits you will have options that align with your goals. Let us know if you need anything like recipes/articles. We got you🙌
