I agree to what you're getting at, however in this specific context we're talking about the issue of rape/sexual assault of women and why they become so ""paranoic"" in public and around men; they feel unsafe because its a scarily prevalent issue.

As it turns out, I broke a small section of my metatarsal (1) bone on my foot, which isn't all that serious but it is gonna take a while to heal and I'm gonna need one those special boots for it to heal better.
