And then there were 6! We had a surprise piglet at lunchtime! Dottie then had to have a visit from Cathy the vet this afternoon as she was struggling to finish farrowing. During her visit, another live piglet arrived! Thank you @Westpoint_Vets for your help!

Thrilled to see this is in the works. Smaller abattoirs and those with capacity to take in horned beasts are vitally important. We want to see safety in this sector and do not want to have to stress these animals out to achieve it.
The Smaller Abattoir Fund provides £4 million in capital funding to smaller abattoirs and mobile abattoir businesses in England. This funding will improve productivity, boost animal welfare, and support investment in new equipment and technologies.
