@NotTheJFK @robertlufkinmd Maybe your pancreas needs a bit more time. Also, I suggest you try water fasting for 24 hours once per week. I can't guarantee it's going to work, but I know going without food helps the body take a break and heal.

@LoriShemek I prefer small fish such as sardines, anchovies and krill to make sure I avoid mercury overload. But I know salmon, herring and mackerel from certain clean regions are safe to consume as well. I sometimes go for Scottish salmon :)

@stewartyBoy @robertlufkinmd Indeed, they don't damage everyone! Some people are digesting grains better than meat/cheese/animal protein and because of that, they literally thrive on grains. Others, like myself, are exactly the opposite. We come from different tribes and our bodies digest foods differently.

@drmarkhyman Indeed! I used to eat fat-free many years ago. I was feeling hungry all the time and had the worst possible cravings. Instead of losing weight, I put on more due to my cravings. Basically, I replaced fat with starches. Now I eat fully-fat foods.

@drmarkhyman Omega-3 and some vitamin A and some zinc. It's a bit difficult to eat foods with collagen, as it's not easy to find them. For example, where I live, I can get bone broth only by shopping online.
