@Dr_Brian_Cox @riham_katkhuda Once heard from a senior urologist that this was operator-dependent and more likely to be seen in bx's obtained by less experienced urologists. Seems plausible, although never saw in a published study.

@mddogdaddy Additional photos have been uploaded. This was a case of Mixed Germ Cell Tumor of the testis with Choriocarcinoma (>90%) and small foci of Seminoma and Yolk Sac Tumor.
