Put a few miles on the Pacer last night. The engine is smooth, the transmission is smooth, the suspension soaks up every bump (helped by the amazing old seats)… the handling is horrific, the steering wheel only suggests inputs and it can’t get out of its own way.
Well it looks like this is going to be the hardest car to sell yet… Asking $5k, will take exactly what I have in it $4k. 47k miles, new batteries, new tie rod ends, A/C motor just rebuilt, CarPlay.
Don’t know how this took 20+ hours of work… but 20 10k lumen lights, all conduit, with 0-10v dimming, hung on unistrut that’s hung in the trusses. 832lux per sq/ft. It’s CRAZY bright, almost back to working on cars 💯
Gotta be honest, bought model X with unlimited supercharging… drove it home from Boston this weekend (8-9 hours of charging), I want it gone now. It’s garbage in Kansas. I’ll basically never be able to use the free supercharging again.
Just being honest here, there is nothing cool about any of Tesla’s lineup 😂😂😂 5 years ago sure, now they’re just normal cars everyone has. People want new (different), always have and always will.
I’m sorry, but I’m just being honest here, a Rivian is not a Tesla. I see & feel the love that customers have for it, but it really just looks like a standard, non-futuristic vehicle. And if I’m going to spend my hard earned $ on an EV, it’s going to be a Tesla bc I know there’s
Tonight’s video is in memory of my Grandpa… wasn’t sure about ever releasing it but my dad watched it today and said you have to. His funeral is tomorrow but I miss him already 🏍️
This is the richest person I’ve seen in my life… Escalade V they probably paid $100k over for, lifted, with wheels and tires. Possibly the only modified one on the planet since everyone leaves them alone and sells them for insane money 😂
I bought a PS Vita for
@TechThrowback
from a guy named Rocky. He said he had a storage unit with some Macs in it and he wanted out of the storage unit… so he sold me all of it for $400 😳 also came with two Performas and a Macintosh.
My old 1st gen Volt is at 170k and still rocking 💪💪💪 so far it’s needed tires, the output shaft carrier bearing (common failure), and the drive motor radiator. It’s never needed brakes.
Had to stop and take a picture of this today… if you own an early 5.3 powered GM vehicle it will NEVER die. There’s hardly a truck left around that drivetrain 😂😂😂
Is anyone really comparing the F-150 Lightning with the Cybertruck? I assumed everyone was just kidding. The Cybertruck is a cool flex like a supercar, designed to be pointless. The F-150 is a real truck with batteries in it.
After FINALLY seeing the Tesla Cybertruck in person yesterday, I can confidently say that groceries for a family of 4 wouldn’t fit in the front trunk.
That’s why, as a proud American, I decided to choose Ford’s all-electric pickup for my family!
It’s American-made* and has
Fun fact as a kid we would go to sears hometown where they would throw tons of these away out back. We’d ask and then load them all up. Take them home, fix them with parts from others or spend $5 on parts then sell them for $50ea. These are tanks that will never die.
My parents have had the same washer and dryer for almost my entire life. They bought them used in 1989. 35 years without issue.
I’ve had to replace our washer twice in the 9 years that I’ve had it.
They really don’t make ‘em like they used to!

@InsideEVs
This stuff makes my heart happy… really sucks that America is so anti-future. The future is insanely bright if we embrace it. EV EVERYTHING 😍
This is the worst take in the history of takes. LED headlights are perfect with the best beam cutoffs we’ve ever had. Drop-in LEDs of eBay in old housings are illegal and always have been, that’s why they’re sold as “fog lamps”.
This is a real comment a human thought up and then decided to go ahead and hit send after typing it. The video is doing the BG Dynamic treatment, it requires 3 oil changes over the course of 1.5 hours and I read all the instructions in the video. 😂😂😂
Who would’ve thought a dumb post about an incredibly high mile Tesla with a bad LDU would blow up. Anyway I sold it and made money like 15 minutes after I saw the sensor. The new owner has an LDU he got for like $1500 and I bet he’s driving a Model S for under $10k.
Early last year a dealership I’m friends with had a C8 1LT, it was priced at $120k. I drove it, was interested at $100k, they weren’t. Then the sales guy said “this is one car you can’t lose money on, that’s for sure” 😂😂😂 That car would be hard to sell for $70k today.
It sure is rough… but the seller wasn’t a liar. I had a key made, put a battery in it from
@oreillyauto
and it runs/drives/rips/does donuts. Spent 30 minutes with a razor blade and almost all the blue house paint is gone. Washing/polishing this week 😳
The psycho Tesla fans are in my feed actually believing they’re saving the world… so I’m gonna idle my forklift for 4 hours as soon as I have the engine back together 🍻
Growing up I HATED Porsche… the 911 not getting a new name with each refresh, meaningless numbers for models, slow cars only driven by boring old dudes. Now I’m like “Porsche makes the only good cars, everything else could cease to exist and we’d be fine” 😂
TPMS sensors go dead roughly every 20 years, they’re $30 each. It costs $120 every 20 years to prevent an accident from a sudden pressure loss on a steer tire.
IT’S FINALLY HERE!!!
@TechThrowback
videos should start next week, just have to finish wiring the shelf LEDs and the carpenters are trimming out the bookshelf closet door 🔥🔥🔥
First time I’ve had 10k lbs behind the new F-250…. Insane. 74mph cruise to 90 passing in like 5 seconds then just dump the throttle and let adaptive cruise take over. Completely effortless towing
@caesararum
Very much not a “load bearing wall” truss roofs take the load. This is just the normal way you frame a door way or opening. Always king studs, jack studs, header. The vent is irrelevant, it can be moved but it’s gonna be $$$
