@DocDoLi Hmmm I got the impression they had already picked who they wanted and if you weren’t that person you had no chance. Theyd shortlist their candidate and a couple of other applicants and it was a tickbox exercise… I’m probably wrong but seemed to end that at every year near me..

@DocDoLi I thought so too! I had even been an academic foundation trainee and done a pgcert in med Ed as well as writing a course that became part of the uni curriculum… still no dice! In hindsight though I’m so glad I didn’t get it! Iv loved CST and HST
