I believe restoring death penalty in the American States where it has been abolished will also help curb frequent killing of blacks. It is unthinkable that the best their Justice system offers is imprisonment of these killers and to be fed in prison by the victims' families' tax

The rubber clips gets cut and the wheel cover lost when you run into a deep pothole. I had this experience last year, a day after I just bought the wheel cover. The alternative iron clips get rusty too. Bad roads cost us alot
