In May 2023, I set up a @ChangeraApp account, funded it, and created a virtual card. However, the virtual card didn't serve my needs, so I requested Changera to withdraw my funds. Despite assurances from Changera's technicians, the issue persisted, leading me to abandon my funds and switch to @ourpaydayHQ . Everything was fine until Changera acquired Payday, locking my virtual card and funds. Despite attempting to top up my virtual card with additional funds, I still couldn't use it. I'm seeking assistance to retrieve my initial $12, the funds on the Payday virtual card, and the recent top-up funds totaling $24, all currently inaccessible with Changera. Cc @fccpcnigeria @cenbank
