For 3 glorious days, we celebrated & prepared—until the State got a higher court to block it.

Our conversations with exonerees like Marty and Terrill Swift have been beneficial in pinpointing ways that interview strategies can be improved to prevent more cases like theirs.
Those same conversations definitely should be happening at other levels of the legal process.
I really wish prosecutors and judges would spend time with some exonerees. I'm open and willing for a sit down. Anyone else down? How many judges and prosecutors are willing to sit down with me?
