@cleverspajunk @CleverSpaUk well after resolving the Air Jet issue I had my hit tub deciding to stop heating. Full strip down revealed the culprit. This company is a joke. No customer service and shite components used. Avoid!!!!!

Got that fed up with having a £500 lump sat in my garden I had to break out the tools and fix it myself, probably voiding any warranty (if there's such a thing) with this company. I certainly won't be buying another Cleverspa that's for sure

@cleverspajunk @CleverSpaUk It's all glued together. No way of opening it to get to the valve. Having said that, I've hit it with a hammer and the valve has released and I now have a working hot tub.

@CleverSpaUk @cleverspajunk @CEEKMarketing So once you finally get comms via email, I was sent a document that details what I believe to be a temporary fix. The old if it doesn't work hit it with a hammer. Clearly a bad design or poor components used.
