Mr. Johnson was taken into custody early this morning in the Sacramento CA area. We appreciate the assistance from allied law enforcement authorities and the US Marshals Service in assisting with his apprehension. PIO will be avail for sound after 11am for further updates.

UPDATE... We want to thank all of the witnesses in this case as our officers have located the suspect and arrested him. He is currently being processed and his name will be released once booked into jail.

Victims of this mornings homicide are Tony and Katherine Butterfield, ages 31 and 30. Our deepest condolences to their loved ones and those close to them. Investigation continues. We are working hard to solve this terrible crime!

WJ detectives arrested 45 yr old Sean Sund tonight on 5 cts of agg sex abuse of a child. Sund held a position of trust over victim as he was a primary teacher in their LDS branch. PIO will be avail in the morn for interviews at WJPD. Possibly more victims. Need to get word out.

Last night WJPD located and arrested Cody Ivory 9-9-02 in connection with yesterdays shooting death of 16 yo Jacob Jeremy Hansen. Ivory was booked on homicide, aggravated robbery, felony discharge of a firearm and obstruction charges.
