Today marks Vlambeer’s 10th anniversary, which is way longer than we could've ever imagined. We had a beautiful run, made incredible games, and worked with amazing people, but it is time for new things. So we're announcing the end of Vlambeer.
We normally never do sales, but this isn't a normal situation. For 48 hours, we set the discount as high as the system let us set it, and we hope Nuclear Throne might make your self-isolation a little easier. Please wash your hands.
It's not a sad day for us, but the happy conclusion to a whirlwind decade filled with screenshake. It feels like we've achieved what we set out to do - as a studio, as a voice, and as individuals, and we are extremely grateful for these past years.
Before we say more: yes, ULTRABUGS is still coming out. We will have news about that soon! We are also looking into options for further support for some of our earlier games, but we just can't promise anything besides that there will be no new games.
To make today extra special, we're throwing one last party on Steam:
Celebrate ten years of Vlambeer by playing some lovely games made by us and by the incredible people we've worked with!
On top of that, we've decided to release our decade-long never-finished prototype, FFFLOOD:
It's a game about dropping 10-ton cannons from orbit all for terrible corporate glory.
Finally, a big thank you to all our friends and families and the fans and everyone who kept the bear burning. We hope you keep enjoying our games and following what both of us are up to. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Vlambeer would not have been 10% of what it is today without the help and trust and faith and patience of so many people across this past decade. While the full list would be practically endless, we want to extend a huge thanks to the following folks:

We can finally announce a confirmed release date for Super Crate Box on Nintendo Switch: October 1st, and it's hard to believe that is almost 9 years after our debut PC release. Get ready to collect some super crate boxes, alone -or for the first time- with a friend!
Super Crate Box for Switch comes out tomorrow. If you played back in the days on PC, iOS, OUYA, or PSM, arcade cabinet, whatever - & you have stories, tweeted fan art, music, or anything about the game - link us to it. We'll hand out 50 gift copies for those that make us happy.
After almost a decade of having an office in the

We're forever grateful for their support of two unruly students looking to make games.
We finally have an update on Super Crate Box for Switch: we ran into some process and technical issues at submission, but everything is looking good for a final submission and release soon. We will keep you updated of other schedule changes!
The Garbage Patch for Ridiculous Fishing EX is out now! Introducing a brand new level, 10+ new "fish", and such a huge amount of trash that we added a trashopedia.
minit is out and I'm kinda shaking with all the love and fanart and messages we are and have been getting... <3 I'll turn this into a shoutout thread a bit later once my brain slows down a bit
