@airtelindia 5 DAYS without broadband internet and landline. Complaint Ticket ID : 10235266170 Even the few update SMSes have stopped. Customer Care doesn't have any update other than "it will take 3 hours", every 3 hours.

@madmanweb I feel the same with LinkedIn too. Both these platforms are valued in multiple billions, and simple user-friendly features aren't thought of or done well.

I took an authorization letter from my aged mom to the bank, and they didn't trust me. Told me she had to come to the bank inspite of age and weakness. Got them to send a bank-office-helper to my home, who met my mom, and reported back. All this for her bank balance of Rs.20k.
