500 kgs of compost is generated through in-house processing of wet/kitchen waste. We have a monthly distribution for residents in our Nallagandla apartment today. Wet waste composting at large scale is definitely possible. #Hyderabad

A common pattern in SRDP flyovers - their design falls short and needs ad hoc U-Turns, temporary lanes, manual traffic management. Unplanned intersection on Kothaguda flyover in video. Similar issues at Mindspace Jn, Biodiversity, Shaikpet. #Hyderabad #Roads

New road - Kollur ORR Exit to Mokila is good. Reduces the travel time significantly. Nice. I think this is Roads & Buildings dept, so there will be issues like missing lane markings, unpaved sections etc. #Hyderabad #Roads

Regional Ring Road should be a reality in coming years. Wonderful news. 161 kms just for the northern is interesting. Current ORR total length around 160 kms. RRR will initially have 4 lanes, compared to 8 lanes of ORR. #Hyderabad #Telangana

Kia Syros looks to be a game changer in the premium sub compact car segment. Awesome design and rich in features. For the current generation of customers who can afford 10 lakhs (assumed avg price of Syros), this is a terrific option. Reminds me of my first new car in 2006 - a Hyundai Santro Xing eRLX. Hyderabad Book Fair 2024 is an excellent place to visit for books. 350 stalls with all kinds of books. Discounts on most. Good number of used books as well. Also has a great collection of Telugu books. Compared to previous editions, this time the walking paths are wider, which is a good thing. This is a very good step by @HMDA_Gov @CYBTRAFFIC and @GHMCOnline. Nanakramaguda rotary has become a nightmare. This down ramp just before the toll gate will ease traffic gridlocks. A similar up ramp on other side of ORR is already moving a huge chunk of morning peak hour traffic away from the rotary.
Clarification regarding @TeluguScribe's article: To reduce traffic congestion at Nanakramguda rotary of ORR, a new down ramp is being developed for traffic coming from Gachibowli and going towards Narsingi / Manikonda on ORR, in consultation with Cyberabad Traffic Police. This ramp will enable traffic bound for Narsingi / Manikonda etc. to exit the ORR after crossing the Nanakramguda rotary thereby reducing traffic congestion at Nanakramguda rotary. To accommodate this down ramp, an 80m portion of the roof of cycle track near Nanakramguda rotary has been removed. The news alleging removal of cycle track is completely false and baseless.
