As a PICU its amazing how well the staff get out poorly patients to engage in such enjoyable activities whilst at the height of their illness. The patients love the activities and it improves their inpatient experience and wellbeing ❤️ @adelebarker_x @GoalsOlivers @CNOEngland
This weeks patient led activity was a Music icons theme night 🎶 💃 . Music really is the best therapy 🎵 A fun filled evening enjoyed by all ❤️ #TeamByron

Exercise and physical activity is so important for the mind, mental health and well-being. Today we have re-started dancercise sessions on Byron Ward to help promote this💃💪🏽 @adelebarker_x
