One of my trading resolutions was, put simply, to go easier on myself, and man is that a huge f'ing difference in how I feel + performance.
Trading psychology plays the biggest role when scaling up.
The rest comes easier when your head space is good.

Traded this morning, forced a couple things and felt off and proceeded to go to the gym, surf, go for a bike ride, then hit hot yoga. Point is, when you feel like turning the screens off, just do it--this is probably the most exhausting trading week in months (at least for me).

Every day I'm pitched 10-12 different trash names in bottomless downtrends because the bottom "must be close."

Many ppl need to hear this-the inability to short a name is NOT a long thesis. If long, you should want the lowest cost/easiest ability to borrow shares, e.g. LIFE was etb.
