Excited to see our GEMs-as-cryo-ET tags paper now out in its final form! Compared to preprint we did more extensive tests and analysis, hope people find it useful.
Exciting new work on genetically encoded multimeric tags for subcellular protein localization in cryo-EM from the Cuylen-Haering & Mahamid labs.

Can you hold a soap bubble without releasing it from the bubble blower ring? Seipin, the favourite protein of Veijo Salo, PostDoc at EMBL Heidelberg, can! Its bubbles are made of fat, which is thus stored for later use. Read more here:
