When you quote any post to a community, the original post reflects the addition of that new quote in its quote numbers but doesn't actually list it if you open up the list of quotes.
Community post quotes still don’t appear as listed when you click 'Show Quotes' on the original post, even though the quote count reflects them.
This continues to cause widespread confusion across the site, leading users to believe that some quotes are being 'shadowbanned.'

TL;DR : No, they didn't reach GPT4 in those benchmarks. The point is that you can contaminate the training data with the test data while making it undetectable using current contamination detection methods used by OpenAI. This might have happened accidentally with GPT4 too.

It's interesting that SpaceX tried some testing first this time with Starship ( for landing ) instead of targetting launch first and then using customer launches to test landing. Though they seemed to have moved in that direction now.

The community belongs to the admin and the mods are there to manage it as he/she sees fit. Communities are not public squares, but private clubs.
If you don't like the moderation in a particular community, you can join a different one or create a new one.

If we implemented a cap while China didn't it would push Russia towards China more ( which we absolutely don't want ). Russia can also deny us the oil while sending it all to China ( which we also don't want ). So China's decision would definitely have an effect on ours.

The long term issue is that unofficial groups centered around a personality often serve as neutral ground for discussion, both positive and negative.
Allowing that person to unilaterally take control of such groups could lead to them silencing criticism.

Actual human moderation, as opposed to algos, remains one of the defining advantages of Communities over X proper.
As AI becomes more prevalent, social media increasingly infested with such fake accounts and trustworthiness fleeting, the value of comm's will rise accordingly.
