Our Group CEO @Kaan_Terzioglu joined a panel at Digital Almaty 2025's "AI Synergy: Government, Business, and Society" session alongside Zhaslan Madiyev, the Minister for Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan and other distinguished panelists. During their visit to Dhaka, the VEON and @banglalinkmela delegation visited the Proyash Institute of Special Education, a leading institution in Bangladesh dedicated to empowering children with physical and intellectual special needs, to celebrate the inauguration of the new digital classroom supported by Banglalink. The first of its kind digital classroom in Proyash, equipped with a smart board, will help provide students with a more immersive and interactive educational experience as well as serving as a remote training and e-learning center, enabling teachers across all Proyash branches to enhance their skills and teaching methods. This collaboration is a reflection of Banglalink’s commitment to enhancing digital inclusion and accessibility in education, using the power of technology to help shape a more inclusive future.

We are delighted to announce that VEON has received unanimous support from noteholders voting in a Consent Solicitation that will facilitate the potential indirect listing of @TwiyKyivstar on @Nasdaq. The Consent Solicitation, launched the same day we announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with Cohen Circle to enter into a business combination with the aim of indirectly listing Kyivstar, is an important milestone and we would like to thank our investors for their continued support and trust as we work diligently towards the successful completion of this process. A highlight of the event was the awards ceremony for our 40 colleagues who have served Banglalink for 20 years. Connectivity is an essential humanitarian need, and earlier this week VEON Group CEO @Kaan_Terzioglu discussed the possibility of expanding our partnership with @Starlink to provide satellite-powered connectivity in an interview with Bloomberg at #WEF2025 in #Davos. Following the agreement between our digital operator @TwiyKyivstar and Starlink last month, Kaan spoke about the potential to offer 'space-based connectivity' across our markets, enhancing connectivity in remote areas, as well as during natural or man-made disasters.
