@unasinnott
was awarded the UCD Presidents Award for Excellence and contribution to student life outside the classroom. 🏅
Congratulations Una.
As a PhD student who investigates farmers’ opinions, attitudes and actions towards GHG emissions, I wouldn’t reference a 2014 survey (unless I was referring to how things have changed). The same should be said for a National paper and certainly for a reputable journalist

Climate change: When denial goes this deep, you can’t just blame individual farmers. These attitudes were shaped by their representative organisations and by the political parties they support, especially Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael, writes

What a feeling to stand on your own concrete floor 💛
I was excited yesterday, emotional this evening! Really thrilled with this project and so happy that I started it. It was a big idea for me and took a lot of time, money, effort, cooperation… it was all worth it!! In love 😍
Wow 😍
Yeah so I think this is the best shed that has ever been built in the whole world…
But look, I’m just a hyper, exaggerating and delighted little sheep farmer 👩🏻🌾
(Thanks to my cousin Thomas Redmond for the neat job)
Happy New Year from a very welcoming, hospitable and agriculturally enthused New Zealand 🤠
Wishing you a healthy and prosperous 2024 - see you soon back on the home soil 🇮🇪
Connecting with people through mutual farming interests is really
something special over here 🇳🇿
I started a little food business last August and what a journey it has been so far!
Thank you to all those who make the effort to support local and make conscious decisions as an Irish customer.
Last weekend was a glorious one for the Gorey Farmers Market! ☘️
After some brill tours of farms in NZ, we travelled home today & I presented at the Ag Econ Soc of Ireland ‘early careers day’ in Ashtown.
Very happy to win best speaker for my standard paper presentation.
Excited to work on my PhD studies more in the coming weeks/months 👩🏻💻
Sold my 34 lambs in the last two weeks in Carnew (separate lots).
They were very short on grass with the reseed this year so hopefully next year weights will be much higher with the MSS 🌱
A good experience and lovely to see my name on the screen for the first time though 👌🏼
I’m so grateful to be apart of the
@WexLadiesFoot
team who bet Westmeath yesterday in the Intermediate

Two proud moments in the 💜💛
I don’t do much tractor work but I levelled my field this weekend before the rain and it felt great!! 🚜
I may tell Alfie Byrne I’m occupied until September’ 24 with my Teagasc PhD when he calls… 😉
One step closer to my MSS reseed! ✔️
Even besides from the tweet content, this is such a badly composed and unprofessional tweet for an ‘independent’ public body.
Like, what?
