@TewksHitting @MattSwope19 We did that at a local Juco 3 years ago. Here were the numbers. Sat in the dugout and basically have the approach to every hitter based on strengths and what the pitcher was doing. I’d say it worked out okay.

Grit is the #1 trait of successful people in the world. Not intelligence or what degree they have from a college. How do you get grit imo? Be put in situations with no way out. Back against the wall. It’s a learned skill. Something everyone should go through. Grit>Talent.

@DecadeInvestor One thing that has helped me. I make it non negotiable to myself. Almost as if the money isn’t mine. After that I feel free to do with my money what I want. $4,166/M is a lot! But depending on income can be done. Pulling for you to achieve this!
