In Zusammenarbeit zwischen 🇩🇪 (@GermanyinUA) & @UNDP wurde das "Gymnasium 1" in Kremenchuk (🇺🇦), wiederaufgebaut, nachdem es 2022 durch den Krieg beschädigt wurde. Für über 800 Schüler*innen und Lehrer*innen wurde wieder eine Lernumgebung geschaffen.
In Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast, 70 community representatives gathered to discuss the reconstruction of Gymnasium 1, which was damaged by hostilities in 2022. 🇩🇪@GermanyinUA & 🇺🇳@UNDP partnered to create a safe learning environment for over 800 students & teachers. *** У Кременчуці на Полтавщині 70 представників громади обговорили відбудову гімназії № 1, пошкодженої внаслідок бойових дій у 2022 році. 🇩🇪@GermanyinUA та 🇺🇳@UNDP співпрацюють, щоб створити безпечний навчальний простір для понад 800 учнів і викладачів закладу.

With over 2.5 million people in #Lebanon being food insecure as a result of multiple crises since 2019 including the recent conflict, the Lebanon Agricultural Research Institute (LARI) and @UNDP_Lebanon, with support from Germany through #KfW, launched a certified wheat seed production programme to help strengthen #FoodSecurity. Through certified wheat seed distribution and planting at both LARI premises and specialized farmers’ lands, the initiative aims to: - Increase production of certified wheat seeds and enhance the wheat value chain 🌱 - Improve agricultural livelihoods - Improves seed production and infrastructure at LARI The initiative directly benefits 40 specialized wheat farmers, smallholder farmers, and women-led cooperatives.
