We’ve been making a lot of progress at Old Sawmill Golf Club in Ridgeville, SC lately and are grateful for the fine Fall weather. We have also been lucky to hire two amazing team members: Chris Fletcher, CGCS @Fletch_lives_23 and Michael Gress, PGA over the past few months to run the show. Chris cut his teeth at Sage Valley, Bellerive and Biltmore Forest (among others) and Mike recently joined to us after past stints at NGLA, Whisper Rock, Johns Island and Concession. 🔥🔥 Please visit the Club website at for serious inquiries.

Here's a peek at some of the 3D green renderings and a short flyover we created for the Glen View Club in the appropriately named Golf, IL. 🏌️‍♂️ We have been slowly crafting a Master Plan for this beautiful Club that has been touched by Harry S. Colt, Donald Ross, William Flynn and Jock Hutchison.

We’ve been fortunate to work at the esteemed Mountain Lake in Lake Wales, FL for many years. We adore the Club, culture and membership and cannot wait to break ground in 2026 on a thoughtful Seth Raynor restoration. I think it’s a very attractive and appealing plan that is the cornerstone of the “Mountain Lake 2030” member initiative that will only make this Club more revered over time.

In the future we will restore the beautiful Oak Hill Country Club in Fitchburg, MA. This bold Donald Ross course is a special place just outside the metro Boston area and flies somewhat under the radar in Massachusetts.

On March 1 we will break ground at Cherokee CC, in Knoxville, TN (H.H. Barker/Donald Ross, 1912-18) on a major project that will shift some of the existing course layout and also completely rebuild and renovate their practice facilities.

We have been methodically working our way through the Fall green expansions at St. Davids Golf Club in Philadelphia in prep for the 2025 restoration and regrassing. As you can see from the photos, the existing greens were circular and oval. We’re striving to get back the old shapes from Donald Ross’ 1926 sketches to give the course more character.

We broke ground on a major restoration in early October at St. Davids Golf Club (Ross, 1927) in Wayne, PA. Looking forward to showcasing more of our work in our hometown!

Had to get the drone out recently on a fall consulting visit at Portland Country Club, in Falmouth, Maine. Can't beat the setting along the Atlantic Ocean!
