❗️Life Announcement❗️My last day at WJFW will be next Friday August 28th. The last year and a half has been a blast! It’s bittersweet but I am very excited to announce that I have accepted a new morning show position at KFSM in NW Arkansas. Looking forward to many new adventures!

Finally getting the chance to go through the photos from our trip! The first half of the trip we spent in Chile hiking the O circuit, which was over 80 miles in 7 days.
Of course the biggest highlight of this part of the trip was getting engaged!

Peru update!
Justine and I have now had three hikes under our belt try to acclimate to the high altitude! First day 13,000 ft, second 14,500 ft and today hitting over 15,000 ft!
Tomorrow we start an 8 day trek around the mountains! Wish us luck!

Back to work after 4 days in the mountains!
Sleeping on the ground, carrying gear up thousands of feet, having no cell service, eating freeze dried meals, filtering water and doing your business outside might not sound like much of a vacation, but it was exactly what we needed!

Finished up a 2 night/3 day backpacking trip yesterday. Of course the one cloudy day was when we were at these beautiful lakes but it was still amazing. Looking forward to seeing everyone Monday morning!

All I can say is wow! Day hiked into the enchantments in Washington yesterday and it was probably one of the hardest but most rewarding things I’ve ever done!
Started at an elevation of 3,400 feet and went all the way up to 7,800 feet over 17 miles 🥵
