@susanevaughn @OnTheRecordSC The lawyer who pulled the information is going to have some issues too. Lawyers are first and foremost officers of the court. They have an ethical obligation to preserve the integrity of the court.

@susanevaughn @MAL5144 @JulieCar94 This is from the grand juror’s brochure. So there’s definitely reason for concern. Here’s something to keep in mind, unlike a jury trial, an indictment only needs a certain # of yes votes. TB doesn’t even know if the foreman voted in favor of indictment.

@mauiswifter @barrymiller128 @HWOnYourCase @susanevaughn The ethics come into dissemination of the information. Who it was given to matters and with direct knowledge of what that person was going to do with the information. If it's Bradl or Bedwetter, they will face an ethics inquiry for sure.
