Too little, too late. The industry had to assume cookies would go away and discovered first-party data was a better method. Now, publishers are catching on. Collect the data and sell directly to advertisers. Better and more private model emerged
🚨 Google’s big change: no full deprecation of third-party cookies – instead, a “one-time global prompt” for user consent. Details are still fuzzy, but will this be the end of the cookie saga? Experts share insights.

Self reliance. Generate traffic and revenue without big tech. It’s never been more realistic for more publishers.
A great example in @adage of how ezID is helping publishers build self-reliance with revenue and traffic while achieving business milestones

@TheProjectUnity That’s NOT showing what you think it is. Look up where and how Google crawls pages and how publishers insert that date. It’s not a timestamp

Understanding > Guessing Even if you don't want to be hands-on, knowing the details will improve your decision-making. Too many people make guesses on not enough information when they manage a website.
We made the world's largest site speed library available for anyone to browse. Previously, this library only was available to Ezoic users but now anyone can find, compare, view site speed scores for any technology in-use on the web.

Then you should have taken more time than Im sure it did to write that post. Lex is a good man. He will satisfy anyone’s idea of what an intelligent person is, or might look like. And, he is interested genuinely in the people and things he discusses. I can understand it not being someone’s idea of entertainment, but in your case, you happen to be wrong.
