Fine-tune FLUX.1 on your face!
It's pretty easy: Gather some images of yourself, create a new fine-tuned model, then use the web or API to generate novel images of yourself as a superhero, a cartoon character, an adventurer, or just... a regular person.

Where are you storing your Flux fine-tuning data?
I keep mine in a GitHub repo and kick off training jobs on
@replicate
using GitHub Actions workflows. This is cool because both the training data and the fine-tuned model are versioned, and the training process starts to feel
We're open sourcing our Flux code.
The community loves FLUX.1 text-to-image models. To serve them, we've made a bunch of improvements internally: image-to-image mode, NSFW checkers, and most recently, a 40% speedup.
Now you can use that code too. For free.

**New LoRA Drop**
I haven't felt super inspired to release the models I've been working on until today - Really happy with this Polaroid stylized model. I'm not sure the deal with the name "polaroid" so I just called it "Pola Style" to be safe. :)
