Wow. Now I’m wondering what they were even doing there. I have yet to have a seller present at an inspection (on the property period) even if the home is occupied. They normally leave and I let their agent know when we are done so they can return home.

As a realtor, I have to agree but also disagree. When we get some $$ what do we do? Move out the hood & to the suburbs. Leaving the hood “abandoned” then companies come and buy the properties for cheap & flip em. If we kept our $$ in our hoods they would’nt have nothing to buy..
