Time to take the plastic wrapper off this thing! Excited to finally unveil what I’ll be focused on building next in my career — CO2 Homes. It’s no secret housing-wise that many of our elected officials, and city councils are getting on the offensive and proactively thinking about new ways of creating more housing options. Many Cities are enacting new zoning laws to increase densities, and in some amazing special cases they are completely eradicating single family zoning entirely (more on this in later posts!). CO2 Homes exists to fill in the gap between Single Family Homes and Large Multi-family Apartment/Condominium Buildings (100+ Units). Specifically, CO2 Homes will be creating Single Family Homes w/ ADU’s, all the way up to Live/Work/Play Building’s with less than 100 Units. I’ve sourced + raised about $8mm worth of equity & debt (from friends, former colleagues, and funds that are dedicated to investing into real estate – more on this soon!) to create middle housing projects that are aspirational, and that make the most of the upzoning happening throughout many north american cities. Lastly, we’re focused on two cities today Miami, and Phoenix … if you’re a real estate agent/broker/investor/wholesaler etc. and have access to on & off-market deals ..
