@nftsonsolana Loot loot! @RemnantsNFT is the strongest game on Solana. Their community is overwhelmingly positive, the dev team runs an agile model with a real-life Trello board, and they deliver CONSTANT UPDATES. They run a live service game that would be making $100MM+ on the AppStore.

Having worked on products like @EAMaddenNFL and @primegaming, my advice, if you are interested in web3 gaming, is to check out @RemnantsNFT I recently started doing some very light advising with this team and I feel confident saying that they’d be a $100MM/year mobile game.
We have a TON of new members coming into our community. We also are getting a LOT of questions from folks that are on the fence about purchasing a Remnant or Camp and playing our game🏕️🧟. A 🧵 on what our game is about, how to get started, and what is coming next:.

Be picky, but not for the sake of being picky. Don’t confuse time spent sourcing candidates with finding better candidates. Some of the best hires I’ve made are people I met briefly at an event, moved into a contract role, and then converted to full time. Time kills all deals.

If you’re not building a 20+ person team, hire generalists who can move between workstreams easily, if you lack a key technical skill set like programmatic media buying, it’s on you as the leader of the org to fill that gap with a vendor resource, or by learning it yourself.
