This YA novel by @Trudi_Tweedie is a triumph. If Elspeth Barker's O Caledonia is cited as the best least known novel of the 20th century then this is the 21st century equivalent. @BarryChicken @chickenhsebooks

@_EvelynHollow I am ( mostly) team sceptic but also my colleague once showed me a photo of a ghost taken inside his house and I honestly couldn’t dispute it. There is no way of explaining that photo other than there are ghosts. Isn’t that evidence? I remain sceptic to preserve my own sanity.

@coomeringue Oh wow. Definitely want to see it. The only metal grave marker I’ve seen is one belonging to a blacksmith in our village. Not quite as deliciously gothic though 🖤
