He's a "joke" character but he's also got some very good neutral tools and DAMAGE for his combos. Yes, he has about 3 moves where he "bowls" at you, but all these are also VERY good tools
1 is a stance, 1 is an incredibly damaging mix/combo ender, and 1 is a LONG range punish
