When we train triple ext we utilize Oly lifts & their derivatives & squat jump variations. We don’t make any athletes learn the catches unless they want to. Many of our athletes are w/ me 4-6 years & decide they want to. Some of our athletes are just learning catches 7 months in

@Voodoo4Power I agree with everything @MashElite said. What sold me on this was when we purchased Gymaware and saw the velocities/ power output we were able to hit with heavier weight at specific angles. I remember learning all strength gains are velocity & angle specific in school.
